By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

QAWebhosting provides World Wide Web page hosting and Domain Registration. QAWebhosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by QAWebhosting when QAWebhosting decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise as mentioned in the below section - 'server content'.
We reserve the right at any time to access, amend, remove or delete any or all data stored on our servers without your prior consent. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.
To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties, unless instructed to do so by order of a Court.

COMPLAINTS: We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days - although usually response is much quicker. If you are unhappy with any service provided by QAWebhosting please contact us immediately either by phone or by chat or email.
Your satisfaction is very important to us so please let us know if you have a problem.

SECURITY: Purchases online at QAWebhosting are made through PayPal - a highly respected leader in the field of ecommerce. The security used is Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used. If you have any further queries regarding security please email us at support@qawebhosting.com.

SERVER USE: Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. You must not divulge your username or password to any other person and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that other people do not discover it.

BACK-UPS: We do not backup client data stored on our servers. It is highly recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your local computer.

SERVER CONTENT: QAWebhosting do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of QAWebhosting. If you are in any doubt as to whether your material breaches the rules or not, please let us know and we can work together to decide.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, MP3's, games patches or games orientated material etc. and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Spam - any customer found to be sending spam messages or mass emailings without permission will also have their accounts deleted.

BANDWIDTH POLICY: Bandwidth is the amount of accrued data transferred between your web site and the sites visitors aswell as email traffice and uploads and downloads - whilst unlimted is the allowance QAwebhosting reserve the right to investigate and possibly suspend sites that are using up unusually large amounts of bandwidth to the detrement of other customers.

HOSTING FOR LIFE: The hosting for life offer is available to personal and SME use - it is NOT available to large companies with very large websites both in terms of traffic and stored data. If you are unsure whether your site qualifies for the offer, please just ask and we will take a look and advise.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: QAWebhosting reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of service except in the case of the Hosting For Life offer which is non-refundable after the initial 21 day guarantee period. If a customer contravenes QAWebhosting' terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

INDEMNIFICATION: The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold QAWebhosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against QAWebhosting, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless QAWebhosting against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with QAWebhosting servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from QAWebhosting's server.

ASSISTANCE We do try to help people as much as possible, but there is a limit to how much because of time restrictions. Helping those unfamiliar with the web is something we like to offer but does not constitute part of our packages. At times we will not be able to help - such as during busy periods or perhaps holiday times and occasionally the problem may be beyond the scope of our knowledge. Whilst we always try, refunds will not be made on the basis of non-assistance provided that any problems encountered are not connected to a fault in our domain name or hosting service.

DISCLAIMER: Whilst every care is taken by QAWebhosting in the provision of our services we can not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer through technical outages or other occurances. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by QAWebhosting, its employees, suppliers, customers or any third party. QAWebhosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

It is also the domain owners obligation to ensure domains are renewed and NOT QAwebhosting. QAwebhosting cannot be held liable for loss of domains due to non renewal. If a domain expires but was not supposed to, the owner MUST notify QAWebhosting immediately so the situation can be rectified (in most cases he domain can still be safely renewed up to seven days fiollowing expiry). Failing to do so may lead to the domains expiration or loss so it is essential customers keep track of their domain names.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This is all legal stuff - phrased as is to protect ourselves and you - we are very friendly and helpful people really!
